1) Where can I physically see the products?

Currently our main point of sale is our online store. However, we have limited availability of products at the Futura store, in Barrio Alameda. Barrio Alameda is located next to the Alameda Central in downtown Mexico City.

From July 20 - 23 you can visit our booth at INTERMODA 2021 in Expo Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico, where we will exhibit all our collections. For more information please visit

2) How long does it take for shipping?

Once the payment is made and confirmed, the package is prepared the next business day. Delivery may take from 5 to 7 days to reach the destination, depending on the location from where you are purchasing.

*Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs clearance procedures*

3) What kind of care should I have with the product? (Ex. Handbags, leather straps and silk scarves/pocket squares)

Our recommendations are:

For Handbags: Spray moderately with skin protector, especially the suede area.

For Silk products: Wash with cold water and fabric softener, do not scrub and steam iron.

4) What is the warranty of the product?

All our products are handmade, and we cannot guarantee that they are identical to each other due to their artisan origin. In the case a product arrives damaged or incomplete, please take photos and contact us to clarify the case.
